As a small, independently run business, we currently only offer refunds on damaged products or size exchanges.
We do not currently offer refunds for a change of mind or misplaced order as our checkout process is very precise and orders are sent directly to production after an order is placed. Misplaced or change of mind orders can be very costly for independent businesses.
Size exchanges are dealt with immediately once the original product has been shipped back and checked.
For orders placed by mistake or for a change of mind we can only offer a 50% refund so we can cover the costs of processing and production .
